A Word From The Coordinator

Look around you: Winter is over;
the winter rains are over, gone!
Spring flowers are in blossom all over.
The whole world’s a choir—and singing! – Song of Solomon 2:11-12 (MSG)
As I write this update, I can’t help but look ahead to Spring and the excitement planned this year.
The headline reads “And Their Off!”
For me, this has a couple of meanings. First, we are getting started on all of the activities we have coming up. And secondly, the headline makes me think about the Ranger Derby we finished.
This update will introduce all of the activities we will be doing this Spring. Still, first, I would like to congratulate all the participants in the Ranger Derby.
This year’s Ranger Derby was a bounceback from the abbreviated version we ran last year. We got to bring back all of our fun activities and even add a Mario Kart Live Circuit Tournament. With over 60 cars entering, the action was non-stop.

KLONDIKE RUN PREP DAY

On Sunday, February 20th, We will be having a Klondike Run Prep day after church for all the men and boys attending. We have a lot to do to get ready. This will run from about noon (right after church) until about 5 PM. We will be preparing for the Klondike Run by practicing our skits, songs, and chants, painting the sled, and various other things that will need to be done for the campout.
Please have the boys bring a bagged lunch. If you do not attend Sunday Services at Fellowship Wesleyan, just drop your son off when your worship services end or around noon at the back door. We will be here.
Klondike Run
The Klondike Run will be on February 25th – 27th from 6PM Friday to 11 AM on Sunday and costs $90.00 for the complete trip. Space is limited, so I will need your registration forms and payment by Wednesday, February 9, 2022. After that, there will be a 10.00 late fee we must pay.
