It’s 6:30 AM Monday, and the rain is coming down. In about half an hour I’m going to wake the boys up. I thought this would be the perfect time to update you on yesterday.
Sunday afternoon is the perfect time for the kids to get to know one another. As we combine a few outposts into the camps and the kids begin to wander around and introduce themselves to one another, the magic starts to happen.
A random football game breaks out, a few kids grab another ball and start playing gaga ball, and a few others hang back, just watching. It’s time to get acquainted.

The actual camp doesn’t start until this morning. The boys will be broken up into different patrols. And the activities will begin.
