A Word From The Coordinator
It’s GAME ON! We have got a jam-packed Spring for OP292. Not only are we upping our game in the “Send A Ranger To Camp” fundraiser, but we have two more Merit Camps, Summer Camps to plan for and three Expedition Rangers working toward their GMA.
As if that’s not enough, our newest event directors Commander Chris Poole (OP 292 Camping Coordinator), and Commander Scott Pugh (OP 292 Shooting Sports Coordinator), are planning new events for the boys.
But first – I do want to start with a celebration. I am sure you have heard already, but I wish to repeat it. Thank you, FWC Missions Committee, for planning and running such a successful Service Project.
Fellowship Wesleyan came together and packed about 12,000 meals for people who might not otherwise have a meal in around an hour. It was an honor for me to help out with that, and I know the boys had fun too. Click here for some pic of that great event.

April Merit Camp
This year’s remaining dates are April 2nd, and May 7th from 8 AM to 3 PM.
Merit camps are an intense and fun way to earn merits and get ahead on the trail to your next advancement. You will spend time doing exciting activities in a positive Christian atmosphere.
Many of our merits are taught by local experts to help teach the Rangers skills that will last a lifetime.

pulled pork fundraiser
As you all know, Royal Rangers puts on some of the most fantastic summer Camps anywhere. The kids just love them. But, they do have costs. We try and make these camps affordable.
The funds raised from the Send a Kid to Camp Pulled Pork Dinner will be to do just that. We need some new camping equipment including a new enclosed dining canopy, ground cloths, replacing older tents, grills, and other essential items.
This year’s Pulled Pork dinner is going to blow you away. But, we do need your help. We ask that every Royal Ranger sell 10 tickets to family and friends. In addition, we also ask that the boy and their parents help us run this event. I will be sending the tickets home with a letter on April 6th
We also need help setting up our church the night before and putting our church sanctuary back together for service Sunday morning. There is something for everyone and we cannot do this without you.
