That’s right! The Klondike Run in Varysburg, NY, is coming soon. It is time to trade in the tents for cabins, bug juice for hot chocolate, and shorts for snow pants.
For those who do not know, The Klondike Run is a yearly winter campout available to all Royal Rangers, 3rd grade and higher, held at Camp Hickory Hill in Varysburg, NY. Ranger Kids are invited with their father or another adult for the day on Saturday.
This year there are some very special “throwback” events planned to celebrate our 30th Klondike Run, including a special one-of-a-kind commemorative patch. You won’t want to miss this one.
The Klondike Run will be on February 16th – 18th from 6PM Friday to 11 AM Sunday, costing $90.00 for the complete trip. This is an early registration price, so don’t wait, as the price will go up. Click here for directions to the camp.
This week, you will get an information packet for the Klondike Run from your outpost coordinator. Please ask them for it to reserve your spot.
I would really encourage all the boys to come out and have a great day of exciting events and grow into men of Christ.
