Happy New Year! Let me be the first to say it. Yesterday, nearly 30 men, boys, and families gathered at Laser Tron in Buffalo for our annual New Year’s celebration. It was a blast – no pun intended. It’s hard to believe, but the days are already getting longer. I know we can’t tell yet, but the calendar says spring is almost here. I wonder, though, with this mild weather we’ve been having, if it will continue or if the crushing winter storm is coming. I think we should be ready for anything. Where have I heard that before?

One event I would like you to consider is to come out to Evangel Assembly of God Church on Greiner Road in Clarence to help celebrate Johnson Kassay as he receives his Gold Medal of Achievement (GMA). The GMA is the highest award a Royal Ranger may earn on par and even exceeding the requirements of a Boy Scout Eagle Award. The celebration starts at 4 PM.
